If this is an emergency maintenance request, you should first call our Management Office at (513) 861-2861 and report the emergency. If it is after hours, or no one answers the office phone, then press option #2 (emergency line) and leave a message describing the nature of the emergency & your contact phone number, and someone will be paged. We will return call first, and then will enter your apartment after knocking or ringing the doorbell if no one is. We will also leave a note on your door indicating we were there.

All other maintenance requests can be reported by filling out the form below and clicking the submit button, or via a written note or email to the management office, describing the nature of the problem and indicating the urgency of the request. You will be contacted by telephone before we enter your apartment unless it is an emergency and we have to enter your apartment immediately (we will knock on the door or ring your doorbell first).
